SERVICES

RQ uses the project-based management system for organizations to develop their strategic operational plans. Planning and producing projects for all kinds of strategies of institutions is the most important factor that enables them to increase their capacity to produce effective and productive sustainable solutions. RQ therefore helps organizations increase their capacity and corporate reputation by using a project management approach.

Project Preparation

For Grant & TA Projects, it provides consultancy for the preparation of project proposals (Application form, OIS, ToR etc.), budget creation and technical presentations according to the procedures and principles of the contracting authority and the supporting organization.

Reporting

It prepares the progress report, interim and final report, which is requested by the contracting authority in accordance with the procedures and principles of the project-based activities, the execution or implementation phase of which has begun, with technical and financial content.

Project Management

It carries out the entire process management / consultancy on issues such as the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Grant and Technical Support Projects for which the contract has been signed. It provides the necessary HR during the execution of the project.

Training

It provides services on subjects such as PCM, Vocational Training, Corporate Communication, Strategic Planning, Time Management, HR, Marketing and Sales Management, Foreign Trade, Digital Transformation and Innovation Training.

Research

It carries out current situation analysis, needs analysis, SWOT analysis, feasibility studies, strategic planning, impact analysis and other research and analysis studies specific to the needs of institutions on social and technical issues. All the researches ends with a reporting stage including field surveys or online questionnaire.

Monitoring & Evaluation

It provides results-oriented monitoring, process evaluation (ROM), technical and financial evaluation of projects, and compliance assessment of programs and projects with the legislation of the authorities to which the application will be made.
