Content of the Service
Within the scope of Erasmus+ Program, project management and reporting services were provided to Beşiktaş District Directorate of National Education in the “Alternative Safety Networks – ALTER” project.
The following activities were carried out within the scope of the project:
a) Technical and Administrative Project Management,
b) Monitoring & evaluation of project indicators, technical & administrative & financial issues,
c) Quality Assurance,
d) Consultancy for analyses, researches,
e) Advocating for the evaluation of curricula, training modules and target groups (self-assessment tool and quiz/surveys),
f) To prepare progress, interim reports and final reports.
