Content of the Service
Within the scope of the European Union – Technical Assistance Project (TA/2020/SER/011), project management and preparation of e-learning modules were provided within the scope of the project where the main beneficiary was the TR Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
The following activities were carried out within the scope of the project:
• Appointment of the Team Leader (Key Expert, Rasim Canatan) for the overall coordination and organization of the tasks, as well as the design of the training curriculum and the arrangement of all materials,
• Preparation of 4 Training Modules to increase the capacity of staff/beneficiaries with the appointment of Key and Non-Key Experts,
• Organization of Study Visits, preparation of questionnaires for the interviews of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry personnel, appointment of moderators and interviewers, etc.,
• LAG Catalogue, Best Practice Booklet, e-bulletin, magazine, Strategy Guide etc. preparation and design of dissemination materials.
