Kilis Sport Project

Within the scope of the project, the following activities were carried out as RQ Consulting:

a) Preparing a Detailed Risk Analysis Report,

b) Managing Sports Tournament Events,

c) To communicate with Kilis Municipality, Health Services and other public institutions as a liaison/focal point,

d) Project implementation plan, risk assessment report and strategy development for the prevention of risks,

e) Keeping all records during the events, monitoring the activities internally,

f) Preparation of the Final Report (Financial and Technical) of the Project.
